An object can hold the past, the essence of your life. It is the beauty of remembering who you were and where you have been.

In my travels, I visit historical towns that are filled with antique shops and flea markets. These destinations are filled top to bottom with orphaned objects that are waiting to be recognized. My eyes scan the endless treasures and often discover at least one good find. In my mind's eye, the discovery has already become a jewel.

Although the found object has been passed down by many hands, the artistic creation begins with mine. Like layers of memories in time, I carefully overlap beautiful elements of Czech glass, vintage filigree, and accents of opalescent hue. These renewed treasures bring beauty from the unseen world and create gifts for today.
